If your children have unsupervised access to gadgets, it affects their ability to concentrate.

Spending long periods of time in front of a computer, TV, tablet or smartphone tires the child’s psyche.

Attention becomes unstable, scattered, it is more difficult for the child to gather and concentrate on less vivid objects.

Modern technology is important, necessary, but while you are dealing with an immature and developing nervous system, it is important to limit such an intense flow of information.

Phrases you shouldn’t say to children.

Some phrases can negatively affect a child’s psychological state and lead to various problems

For example, it is not allowed to tell children that they are stupid, nobody needs them or they are wrong.

You should also avoid comparing the child with other children or relatives.

It is not necessary to use threats like “if you don’t do this, I will punish you”.

Instead, it is better to support the child, talk about his/her achievements and help him/her to overcome difficulties.

The relationship between parents and children should be based on trust and mutual understanding.
