Chicken with mustard sauce

A delicious and flavorful chicken dish with a tangy mustard sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the mustard sauce evenly over them.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken breasts.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly and slightly caramelized.
  • Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
