McDonald’s Cheeseburger Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of American cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat.
  • 2. Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and shape them into patties.
  • 3. Season the patties with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • 4. Place the patties on the grill or griddle and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • 5. While the patties are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  • 6. Once the patties are cooked, place a slice of American cheese on top of each patty and allow it to melt.
  • 7. Assemble the cheeseburgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun.
  • 8. Top each patty with diced onions, sliced pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  • 9. Place the top half of the bun on each cheeseburger.
  • 10. Serve the cheeseburgers hot and enjoy!
