Low Carb Bread Delight

A delicious and healthy bread recipe that is low in carbohydrates.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, ground flaxseed, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and warm water.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the batter into the pan.
  • Smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
  • Serve and enjoy!
