Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup warm water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, ground flaxseed, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and warm water.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the batter into the pan.
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
