Instructions
- In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the buttermilk, then coat it in the flour mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
