Golden Crispy Chicken Delight

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the buttermilk, then coat it in the flour mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
