Today I decided to make pancakes. Definitely with jam! Cherry jam! Which I made without sugar this summer.

There’s no wheat flour in my diet. But I won’t need it! We bake pancakes on soft cottage cheese!

I got 7 pancakes big enough.

So, we take soft cottage cheese.

4 large selected eggs beat with a blender with soft cheese. Salt, vanillin, baking soda. If you see that the dough is a bit thick, add a little water to the desired consistency.

per 100 g: Protein – 10.1 g, Fats – 22.6 g, Carbohydrates – 3.12 g. Caloric value – 262.6 Kcal.
