Buckwheat Almond Oats Bread

A delicious and healthy bread made with buckwheat, almonds, and oats.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the buckwheat flour, almond flour, oats, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
  • Serve and enjoy!
