Baked kale chips are a healthy and delicious snack option. They are crispy, flavorful, and packed with nutrients.

This recipe is easy to make and perfect for both kids and adults.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Wash the kale leaves thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • Remove the tough stems from the kale leaves and tear them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Place the kale pieces in a large bowl and drizzle them with olive oil. Toss well to coat each piece evenly.
  • Spread the kale pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet. Make sure they are not overlapping.
  • Season the kale with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and slightly browned.
  • Remove from the oven and let the kale chips cool for a few minutes before serving.
