Delicious and healthy baked banana chips that make a perfect snack!

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C).
  • Slice the bananas into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
  • Place the banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the banana slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 2-3 hours, or until the chips are crispy and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
