Our body and spirit are interconnected, so if there is no harmony and peace in the soul, you will always lack something. No matter how good your health is, spiritual problems will sooner or later undermine it, or even cause serious illnesses.
Spiritual health is also called energy, because it is directly connected with a person’s chakras, his aura. Therefore, if you want to always be in shape and achieve well-being, you should focus not only on physical exercise, but also on the state of mind. It is important to exercise and lead a healthy lifestyle, no one argues. But much more important is the state of your soul, the right attitude in life.
Rule 1: Do not set unrealistic goals for yourself.
Even if others have been ahead for a long time (as it seems to you) and you have read motivational literature. Take a calm attitude to life, without fanaticism: set yourself real (achievable) tasks and fulfill them gradually.
Because if you set a goal to get everything, immediately and immediately – it means exposing yourself to serious stress. The fact is that the lack of immediate success is bound to cause frustration and disappointment, which can lead to problems in the future. As they say, perseverance and hard work will get you through, but that doesn’t mean you should be reckless and blindly follow your dreams through impenetrable wilderness.
Rule 2: If things are going badly in your life, don’t rush to blame it on fate or other people.
They have nothing to do with it. In order to change something in life, you must first change yourself. It would be naive to believe that our world will adjust to you. So the only thing left to do is to adapt to it.
If you want to be treated with respect, first earn it. If you want fame, be special and different. Do something outstanding, after all. If you dream of material prosperity, work hard and don’t be lazy

Rule 3: Do not interfere in other people’s lives.
Everyone has the right to his own way and to his own mistakes. Even if you are extremely wise, have a huge life experience and “know how to do things better” – do not impose your vision and your point of view on anyone.
You will not only spoil the person’s mood and cause irritation, but also harm your spiritual health. It is very simple: when we are hated, our soul suffers first of all. Imagine yourself in the place of these people, “try on their shoes” and you will understand everything.

Rule 4: Don’t carry around resentments and learn to forgive.
This rule is actually the most important and fundamental rule. The truth is that resentments that accumulate only eat a person from the inside out. They rob us of energy, prevent us from loving and enjoying life, and most dangerously, destroy our spiritual health.
It is not difficult at all – to let go of everything, to forget about how someone said something to you or acted unfairly. Believe me, when you do this, you will immediately feel a great relief, because you got rid of a huge burden on your soul.
Rule 5: Be sincere.
When you tell the truth, you save your nerves and time. You may reasonably observe that in today’s world it is impossible to always tell the truth. In a sense, yes. But you should try to differentiate very clearly when the “lie to save” is justified and necessary, and when – without it can do without it. In any case, the less you are deceived, the easier it is to live.
Rule 6: Do not expect recognition from others.
Think about what is the meaning of recognition. It simply does not exist, so there is no need to prove anything to the world. Everything you do, you do for yourself. This has to be accepted by allowing yourself to be a little selfish. There is nothing wrong with that: you are on your own.
But don’t confuse the concepts of living for yourself and being selfish. Selfish people never think of others and ignore their needs, while those who live for themselves do good to everyone they love. After all, they know that the happiness of loved and dear people is also their happiness.
Rule 7: Don’t be envious.
This is a truly horrible and destructive feeling. It steals our happiness. Remember: no two people in this world are alike. We are all very different and everyone has his own way and his own cross. Some are born rich and some are born poor, some are given everything easily and some have to sweat a lot to achieve success. After all, we don’t know anything about each other, if you think about it.
Money and success are far from happiness. Just because someone drives a luxury car and lives in a big mansion doesn’t mean they are happy. You can find and know joy in your soul. Only then this joy fills our lives, inspires us to dream, act and share the light with others.
Rule 8: If you cannot change something, accept it and accept it.
There are simply no other options. We cannot control everything in life. First of all, it concerns relationships with people – parents, partners, spouses, children. The fact is that by 12-13 years a person is already fully formed, so all attempts to change it, do not make the slightest sense. It’s a law of nature, that’s how we are organized, so the only thing left is to accept it.
You can tell someone as much as you want that his behavior is irrational, but there is little chance that he will listen. And the older the person is, the less likely it is. He may even hate you for teaching and criticism. Therefore, take as a rule: if you are not satisfied with someone and irritates – simply do not communicate. And it is not your mission on Earth to improve other people.
Rule 9: Learn to relax.
It’s not just computers and phones that need a regular reboot, but humans as well. Take a break every now and then. You can’t do all the work and you can’t make all the money. This doesn’t just apply to annual vacations or weekends. Don’t forget to pause for rest during the workday. Just sit in silence and with your eyes closed, not thinking or worrying about anything.
We are all busy and in a hurry, so it’s not easy to carve out even a few minutes. But try – it’s worth it. Even after such a short break you will immediately feel much better. You can even meditate for 10 minutes. Focus on your breathing and completely “turn off” all thoughts. Your brain will thank you, and you will feel an extraordinary surge of energy.
Rule 10: Use your time wisely.
This rule is very important in our dynamic and changeable world. The fact is that life is not just about work and career. You must allocate time for family, and for sitting with friends, and for hobbies and hobbies, and for traveling. Otherwise, life will be boring and monotonous. Therefore, distribute your time so that work takes 60% of your time, rest – 10, entertainment – 10 and the rest – 20.
Rule 11: Remember that everything in our life returns: both good and bad.
This is the law of boomerang: the more good we give to people and the world, the more we will receive in return. This is also called karma. In any case, the main thing is to understand the essence. If you want people to treat you well and luck not to turn away, live honestly and openly. Help other people, support, sincerely rejoice in their successes.

Each of the above rules requires some changes in your life and in yourself. But don’t be frightened – there is nothing complicated here. These are time-tested principles that everyone can follow. The main thing is the desire to become better and live better. Try it: you will definitely succeed!
